Cute-as-a-bugs ear West Annapolis guest cottage. In settled neighborhood just 1.5 miles from the Navy Stadium and less than 2 miles from Academy's Gate 8.
Park 10 feet from your front door. There's only 1 step to enter. No stairs to negotiate while carrying luggage! Parking's plentiful.

15 minute walk to the Weems Creek drawbridge with scenic, serene waterviews. A few more minutes and you're at the charming boutiques of West Annapolis and local coffee shop Bean Rush Cafe.

The space:
Cottage features a bedroom/sitting room, kitchen/dining area and bathroom with shower.

High-speed internet, 42" flat screenTV with fios cable. Kitchen equipped with two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, and microwave.

Stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
Attached deck with wrought iron patio table and umbrella.

NOTE: The house is located next to Route 50. There is a sound wall but you will hear moderate road noise inside and more outside. Cottage is equipped with a soothing spa sound machine and free earplugs for nighttime silence.

Guest access:
Entire cottage and yard. There is a fire pit in the backyard and firewood available on site.

Other things to note:
There is a Calico kittie you may see out and about. She's quiet, shy and won't bother you but, if you can get close to her, likes to be petted. She does not enter the Guest House.

There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

The guest house was perfect for my husband and I while we were in town for a wedding. Ann was communicative, kind and professional through all correspondences. If we are ever in the Annapolis area, we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Weekend Away

This space was perfect for our extended weekend in the Baltimore area. Ann’s property was in the perfect location to offer a quiet respite outside of Baltimore while still being close enough to make regular trips into the city. The binder with suggestions for local dining in/around Annapolis provided several nights of amazing meals. We would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Annapolis.

Perfect reunion launching point

My wife and I were in town for a 25th reunion at USNA. This was a perfect location for us to relax between events and come rest at nights. Great location, easy to get to. Perfect for a a quick get away to Annapolis MD.

Charming cottage in great location

Ann's cottage was perfect for our visit to Annapolis! We came to town to visit our son who lives nearby. Two adult children stayed with him; we stayed at Calico Cottage, but our family made use of the fire pit Friday evening and enjoyed the proximity of the cottage to Annapolis and our son's apartment. Ann was easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Cozy and cute

We made a quick trip to Annapolis to watch our relatives participate in the IRONMAN about an hour away. The cottage was sparkling clean, well appointed and the bed was soooo comfortable (very important after a long day .. 14 hours of spectating is exhausting 😉). We loved the clever use of space. Perfect couple accommodation for visiting Annapolis and the little towns along the Chesapeake Bay.

This guest house was super cozy and was exactly what I needed. The bed is very comfortable and the mini-kitchen was perfect for my visit. The parking and location was great - close enough to USNA, but far enough from DTA to be a lot more relaxing.

Darling little cottage

The cottage is perfect for a short stay. Fully equipped kitchen with frig and everything one could need. The bathroom is long and narrow and it could use slightly brighter lighting over the sink. Shower stall is lovely but a little tight...a small, non-slip shower mat would add to personal safety and security. Super Host Ann communicated quickly whenever I had a question or concern. This Vrbo was a delight and a small treasure in Annapolis. I did not have a car but if one needs to see Annapolis and surrounding sights, a car would be helpful and on site parking at this Vrbo is available.
