All was very good except: no soap at sink in bathroom and none could be “found.” There was a coffee pot that had to be replaced with one that could work with the type coffee pods provided. Promptly replaced, but how could housekeeping have an outdated coffee maker for older-type coffee filter packs?

Needs to make clear on Expedia and elsewhere need to check in at another location with a good map for it and parking. We came in after a delayed flight very late at night and had to navigate from parking to hotel then to another property and back. Then the key card did not work so had to walk for another.

Don't stay here. Paid $500 including parking. Booking was supposed to include a bottle of wine. No wine. I called about it and they were going to send one to the room. Never arrived. In the morning, I discovered there was no hair dryer. Sent my husband to the front desk & the one they sent had no hot air/was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable. The only thing going for this hotel is the location, otherwise terrible service and not even close to being worth what we paid.

Room was average, towels and sheets were sub par, not worth the price we payed per day for admission. When the room was turned over it was not vacuumed and towels on door were not noticed, we took pics of stained and dirty sheets, not clean.

It was very comfortable staying. I love historical sites and the hotel decorations is good to feel the town history. Location is great to walk around the historic Annapolis area without car. Definitely I would like to be back here

There is no staff at the Maryland inn. No one to help w bags, that was a serious fail. I lugged all the bags myself, while my husband had to move the car, since the Valet parking they advertise isn’t really a thing. Best idea is to unload at the Inn( find out which of the 3 inns youre booked at), then move the car to one of the Annapolis parking garages which are so much cheaper and pretty close. Then just walk 4 minutes back to the hotel. Nice hotel though. Room was fun. There is an amazing bar in the basement. So cute, great drinks, historic vibe. Go to that bar!!!
