Wouldn't stay anywhere else

This places amazing for the price. It is a spanish colonial decor on the inside complete with bouquets of flowers everywhere in the common rooms and areas. There are nooks and crannies where you can just lay on a couch and listen to the several fountains flow. The breakfast is excellent fruits, breads, proteins of eggs and yogurt and plantains. Did. I mention the coffee was great too. I wouldn't stand anywhere else for the money. It's very convenient to the central plaza and the market area. Many of the tours will pick you up right at the hotel.

The property has a hidden gem behind the walls of Antigua. The decor was of a traditional Guatemalan strucrure. Breakfast included was a pleasant surprise along with the afternoon beverages of coffee, tea and homemade juices.

I was surprised to find that the hotel didn't have an elevator. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good or complete. Most of the days the water in the shower was cold.

This property is so beautiful - it's like a little oasis! I was grateful after having stayed in other parts of Guatemala that there were actual screens on the windows so we could open them up for some circulation without bugs getting in. There was no ventilation inside the room with the windows closed but they lent us a fan to help in the evenings when we wanted the window shut. Highly recommend!

Decent size hotel with nice amenities.

Rooms are big and well decorated, although beds could be more conformable. Location is unbeatable, a couple blocks away from main attractions of the city makes this hotel well suited for someone looking to know about the history of Antigua Guatemala like I was.

Nice stay .. but rooms require new mattresses asap

Stay was great … big letdown was the mattresses in the rooms .. quite old .. very hard + springs were felt even with the mattress protector! For this quality of hotel .. a good, decent mattress should be a high priority!

I couldn't get the name of an amazing person that check me in.But he make sure that everything was perfect. Since i was traveling alone with.my kids this hotel was oerfwct and.we feel saved all the time. Breakfast is one.of the best we had. We will co.ing back to this Antigua Gem.
