Naif Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay in Antigua. Clean, comfortable rooms, a calm atmosphere, and a really convenient location close to everything but still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space feels thoughtfully designed without trying too hard. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua.

We stay only one night. The room was very clean was very comfortable. I would suggest that they should have a place where you can sit your luggage because there was not enough room or a desk in the room just two beds. Breakfast was good. The people were very kind, professional

I loved my stay and would like to break it down into sections for future travelers. I’d like to be clear that everyone is different and only you know your personal preferences and tolerance levels, so with that in mind, here’s my honest review… Grounds and Atmosphere: The property is stunning! It’s a boutique hotel so it offers a really beautiful atmosphere and the views are amazing when walking through the hotel. If you want to see breathtaking views of the volcanos, head to the second floor balcony. I absolutely loved the ambiance and natural outdoor feel of the place when walking the grounds. Cleanliness: I was impressed by how well they maintained property grounds. Staff were efficient and quick to remedy any problems. I really appreciated coming back from a long day to a very clean and restocked room (upon request). Room & Comfort The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the authentic decor. It didn’t contain a microwave or fridge, but that was fine for me because of how I chose to dine during my stay. The only window in the room faced the reception and hallway area so I kept it closed during my time there but they have other rooms that face different parts of the property. I would have preferred a room that faced outside but this was not a deal breaker since I was often not in the room. Staff & Service Everyone was welcoming, polite, and willing to assist with whatever questions I had. They were so helpful and accommodating.

Terrible. Worst service. Noise, no water, no hot water, sinks are falling down, no A/C. Service treatment is just as if they were doing you a favor. Warning: Do yourself a favor and skip.

The best thing is the beautiful colonial interior balcony offering mountain views. However the stay was subpar, and a nightmare from beginning to end. I couldn’t sleep or rest well due to excesive noise. They hesitated switching me to a new room. At the end they agreed but downgraded me to a cheaper room. Bathroom sink was falling down literally, there was no AC, overall service is indifferent, like you need to beg them for what you paid, phones are just there as decorations as there is no room service, they overcharge inflated fees for transport services, I ended paying $63 for transport externally, which they were charging me $350 for the same trip. They charged me $10 extra to allow me check in 1 hour earlier despite all issues they didn't care about guests only about draining money out of my pockets. Hotel conditions are terrible. There was no water for several hours after they charged me extra. There was then no hot water. I left accidentally something important, they had a person check the room before checking you out like you are stealing something, but don’t catch or say anything if the guest forgets something in the room, and they wanted me to pay $100 to send it over to my address and a ridiculous higher amount of money to send it to my next hotel which was located 2 hours away. Stay away from this place. You will regret it!

Naif was safe, relaxing, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Very clean rooms and the garden was beautiful. Great location, close to major tourist spots. Some great restaurants in the area too. Will be visiting Naif boutique hotel again next year!
