Good location and clean room but design of the bathroom was flawed. No shower door, only shower glass which didn’t extend out enough, causing water to splash out easily

My room was in desperate need of maintenance. Cleanliness was particularly disappointing. The furniture clearly hadn’t been dusted. The bathroom sink was blocked. I had to request toilet rolls. My late check out had not been communicated with staff. The laundry service was well below acceptable. Dirty floor, along with machines that had not been cleaned. No phone reception in there which was concerning.

Bathroom was somewhat dirty, hair in the shower, on the floor and within the towels given even before use. Bed was worn in and you could feel the worn in spot when you slept.
