Everything was great, I have nothing to say negative about this property

Clean room...staff and parking are great. Just room 137 has some plumbing issues with the shower hot water only...temp gauge needs to be fixed

Overall, we had a good stay here. It was clean and spacious and had adequate beds, bathrooms, and common spaces for our group of 5 adults to hang out together without falling over each other. Granted, it is far away from most tourist-y places and airports, but okay if you have a connection to Antioch or Concord like we did. The suburban neighborhood was pleasant and the backyard pool and landscaping were pretty to look at (but due to cooler weather we didn't use the pool or hot tub). There was some existing damage inside the house to things like doors, furniture, and appliances, and some amenities seemed to be missing, such as a hair drier, coffee supplies, and garage remote - probably all due to inconsiderate prior guests - but those did not have a major impact on our stay. The owner was responsive and communicated well if I had questions or comments. All in all, a fairly good house to stay in if you're on a budget and are okay with being in the far reaches of the East Bay (Antioch is 45 miles east of San Francisco).

The lady who help us check in was wonderful Jolene she’s courteous and kind. She’s the best.

Breakfast was simple and good. Overall our stay was great. The rooms itself is a bit run down, especially the bathrooms. Water was always cold-warm. Aside from that, there really wasnt anything wrong with this hotel. Would definitely stay there again
