From the second we walked in we were greeted in the most courteous way possible. The entire staff were super friendly. My favorite part was how they greeted my 3 girls 🐶🐶🐶. They sent up a doggy bed and bowls up for my girls. The room was beautiful and clean. No complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Experience in its entirety is exemplary but for a slight issue of inconsistency in the pricing of pool cabanas that no finality was ever determined. Moreover, it was made apparent at one point that outsiders or non-guests are able to access the rooftop pool area to the staff’s knowledge. This issue is particularly pronounced as the non-guest, delicately put, is quite an unsavory character. We intend to return but hope that such issues are appropriately addressed.

The hotel itself was great, and so were most of the staff. But we had such an awful experience with Rico checking out that it really soured the end of the weekend for us. He joked that our bags had been picked up by someone else and so were lost, then watched us panic for a good 2 minutes before revealing he was “joking.” Then he was inappropriate with my friend, touching her multiple times on the shoulder, commenting on her eyes and taking her out, then followed us outside as we were leaving to do so again. Travel is stressful enough; what kind of person finds it amusing to cause others distress? The stress of thinking all our belongings were really lost took a year off my life.

We had a wonderful stay for our 24 hour visit from California! The accommodations were exceptional, clean and comfortable. The customer service was also amazing. Very special thank you to Dylan at check in who provided a warm and speedy welcome to the property. Another special shout-out to Chris during the wine and hors d'oeuvres hour.
