Everything was great except the shuttle included was not a thing. I had to hire a taxi at midnight. A big reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle, which was a false claim. Other than that it was excellent, very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. Small room but totally adequate for a late arrival and short stay.

Lack of a lift is a negative. The passageways skirting boards were removed and it looks unmaintained. Perhaps in the process of being replaced, but a notice should then be put up.

It was ok, very clean but small. The check in went fairly smooth as we had to fill out a form. Arrived late, 11:30pm., after a bad taxi ride as the Driver wanted 400 Rand for a 5 minute ride! We negotiated to 200 which was a little much but we’re tired from the lengthy flight. Walked back with baggage to the terminal as it as easy and direct.
