Heat did not work on entire 5th floor. The staff was great and hospitable. Just needed heat as it felt like we were camping of glamping for that matter. Would give them another shot for sure as we normally love this hotel and stay there a few times a year

The staff was weird. At check in the deskman said coffee was out at 7 (it really is out at 5) he said there was Ghirardelli hot chocolate-there was none. I asked the desk girl in the morning why there were not coffee makers in the room and she said because people boil their socks in them! She was really weird. We waited 40minutes for the valet to bring the car and then he did not open the trunk or doors for us. Highly untrained staff.

The customer service was excellent. The room are amazing. The location is beyond and truly spectacular. Restaurants & shopping is literally steps away. The Bargello restaurant is probably some of the best dining we experienced while vacationing in Asheville. The valet service is a must....great value also.

Called the day prior to ask for early check in. I was told I'd get a text when the room was ready, regardless. Confirmed my phone number and never got a confirmation that our room was ever ready. The black makeup cloth in the room smelled like stale wet towels.
