We paid extra for a large room and the tv did not work the entire weekend. We were also next to an elevator and we could hear it all night long while trying to sleep.

The staff are exceptional. The complimentary breakfast is very nice, and you can't beat the proximity to PNC Park and great local restaurants.

There were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Three design of the room was horrible. There is no fan in the bathroom. The sink/vanity is outside of the bathroom. Just awful. But really clean

Clean and friendly

Everything was great. Clean, breakfast was good, everyone friendly. The bed was way too hard for me so I got no sleep but that's just a preference, some may like that.

Nice hotel, rude staff

The hotel had good hours for the pool, nice and clean, overall. It had a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were a good size. I would consider returning. The only, but most important downside, was how rude the front desk assistant were. Two of them specifically. The young woman working on the morning of Friday, March 28th had a very demeaning attitude until she realized I had a reservation. The lady working on the night of Saturday, March 29th was the worst. My husband wanted to purchase a soda and when he went up to her to ask, she literally asked “what?”. As if we were bothering her by interrupting her gossip to what seemed a co-worker. The hotel was nice, the front desk staff was horrendous.

What a terrible disappointment!!!

The toilet did not work; nor did the TV at first. The shower was terrible. One of the lights did not work. The outlet situation the room was also horrible - they were poorly placed. What a disappointment.
