The balcony added extra charm to the pedestrian street. We sat out late at night to relax and take in the hustle bustle. Oir room really needed to be updated. The bottom frame was torn, one pillow case has blood in two spots. No washcloths, towel were not soft. The room looked worn out. The people at tje drsk when we arrived erte most pleasant and helpful. The food in the attachrd restaurant was.quote good.. much better than down the street. The hotel was convenient to everything and we walked everywhere. Loved the zviator walking.

Unfortunately there are works going on at the hotel. The room was dark - the balcony as advertised on the pictures was closed off and boarded up - only a small window at the back to very small inaccessible dark alley. The room was open floor above reception and 2 above the restaurant - the noise carried right up through the stairwell - constant shouting and noise. I didn’t complain as only there 2 days. There are much better hotels not just in Athens but in this area too.

Eva our concierge was truly delightful. So was the hotel. The location is prime and central. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view from the immense balcony includes the Parthenon (amazing!) The room suffused with sunlight made our stay almost therapeutic. Very clean, great amenities, new construction. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location in the middle of shopping, restaurants and an easy walk to the Acropolis. Eva and Spiros were wonderful and very accommodating. Great food in the restaurant as well.

Hotel, centrally located, staff, very friendly and helpful, room very clean with nice balcony. Bed extremely comfortable and the shower was huge, with plenty of hot water. Unit also come with modern safe and usual toiletries and slippers. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is absolutely fantastic. Very modern and clean. The only downside of the hotel is that it’s small with the elevator barely being able to fit two people. There isn’t much of lounge but the rooms and staff were wonderful.

Close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff clean facility and nice restaurant. Rooms nice and comfortable. However, expect to find yourself in a narrow hotel, it’s a bit small.

Hotel services are good. Room and area around are excellent. Breakfast opens at 7:30am that is too late for having flight departure before 11:00am. Breakfast service was so bad. It is not recommended to have breakfast option.

We had a wonderful stay at Athenian Foss. Eva at reception was absolutely amazing – warm, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. We’ve already rebooked for another 2 nights before ending our Greek summer holiday. The location is perfect – just a short walk from both Monastiraki and Syntagma metro stations (direct airport line) and only about 15 minutes from the Acropolis. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping, the hotel is perfectly situated so we could walk everywhere. Our room was clean, spacious, and we especially loved the huge balcony. The breakfast was fabulous and such a great way to start each day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!

Athenian Foss is in a great location. Very central to all of the areas you want to visit when in Athens. The service by hotel staff was fantastic! From planning the trip from home and throughout our stay. The affiliated restaurant below, Greco, is where breakfast is served. They also served lunch and dinner and were reasonably priced and delicious. I would stay and eat here again.
