We've stayed here a couple of times before, but this time we got a run-down room. The TV wasn't a smart TV, and when I used the microwave, it started smelling like something was burning. We called immediately, around 8:00 AM, and someone came to check it out, but that was the end of it. After about three more calls to the front desk throughout the day, around 4:00 PM, they told us that the person in charge had already finished their shift and that if we wanted to heat something up, we should go down to the lobby and use the microwave there.

Front desk attendant who checked us in didn't tell us you had to sign up for housekeeping. We loved coming here multiple times, but will not be back. I wonder if it's under new management based on the newer reviews. Front desk employees are rude and don't give solutions - just stated we could talk to the manager; however, we knew that would be a waste and didn't wait on them since the front desk employees talked to my wife in a condescending way, we knew the manager wouldn't do anything since the employees felt safe enough to use that tone. It is what it is, but they can keep their resort fee and all their "amenities."

I've stayed at this location multiple times. Friendly staff easy check-in a little dated but clean and gets the job done. I had free breakfast vouchers through expedia but I can assure it's not worth paying for just go to mcdonalds if you can.
