Very nice property with beautiful courtyard. Room was spacious with modern amenities. Free shuttle worked great even for 5am trip to airport for early morning flight. Restaurant menu selection limited but cook was able to leave off the bechamel on a still tasty moussaka to meet our dairy intolerance.

Comfort Stay Athens Airport is a delightful place for an overnight in Athens. It is near the airport, and transport to and from can easily be arranged. The outer courtyard is beautiful with many plants, and trees of various fruits, and tables and chairs all around for comfort. When it is lit at night, it is magical. Rooms are well-equipped with kettle, coffee maker (pods), tea, coffee, refrigerator and television with Netflix. The bed was comfortable. While there is no restaurant on the premises, they arrange for transport to a restaurant on the seaside where food was abundant and reasonably priced. Food is available in the evening, and a breakfast with lots of choice is delivered to the room when desired in the morning. Most important of all, the staff at Comfort Stay Athens Airport is unhesitatingly helpful and cheerful. All in all, we enjoyed out time at Comfort Stay Athens Airport, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The Comfort Stay was very nice. The owner was lovely and helpful and made sure we were very comfortable. She arranged transport for us to a wonderful local restaurant and to the airport in the morning. We relaxed in the cute courtyard which was very nice. It was apparent that she put a lot of care into the property. Overall, a great stay!

Great option when looking for a hotel near the Athens Airport. Great communication regarding shuttle service, reliable and timely shuttle service, and very friendly check-in process. Provided breakfast even though we had an early flight.

Country feel for airport hotel

The staff were very friendly and it was great to have the shuttle not only to and from the airport but also to and from a local restaurant, which was excellent. We were a little concerned when we arrived because the hotel seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, but it was just down a quiet street and not far from a cute seaside town.

Shuttle service was wonderful, cleanliness was great. Power outage was disturbing and staff did not want to accommodate us. We asked if we could have a room that had power and girl said that the vacant room was for other guests. She did call the manager who did accommodate us.

Our stay was perfect for our last night in Athens before flying out the next day. We took an Uber to Fira for one last day (easy to do) trip. The planes are quite loud going overhead, but there don't seem to be many flights during the night, but they do begin early in the morning.

There are so many things wrong with this property that I’m not sure where to start. First, this place is not affiliated with Comfort Inn at all, so don’t be misled — this “hotel” is full of random old furniture crammed into various corners, proof that it’s literally someone’s grandma’s old place. It’s cramped, run down, humid and mildewed, and full of mosquitos and other random bugs. We killed at least 20 mosquitos before we slept and then barely slept through the night thanks to a bunch of other mosquitos buzzing in our ears, and we also got bit all night long. As I’m writing this, I have 7 mosquito bites on my face. It was hard to tell where the bugs were all coming from since the whole place looks like it’s coming apart. You lock the door yourself from the inside with a skeleton key that look like an antique. The actual lock on the door is missing, either from it rotting off the door frame, or because someone broke it. Not sure if they were trying to get in or break out, but maybe the latter is more likely, given the state of things. The free airport shuttle takes much longer to get to and from the airport than advertised, and it’s the crustiest van I’ve seen in my week-long stay in Greece. The thing was falling apart. The “restaurant” is the “hotel management” (the lady who owns the place) offering to cook up some food from what sounds like her own kitchen. I’ve seen all kinds of hotels, airbnbs, hostels, etc. and this was truly the worst, most deceptive of all.

The rooms were nice. However, there are no restaurants, coffee shops or bars anywhere around the hotel. It was good for a late arival and early departure from Athens airport
