Let me first say. If you stay at this property any day other than the weekend would totally recommend it, especially the original 47. If you are here on the weekend don't expect anything ESPECIALLY SLEEP. If you want help from the over night desk, you will be disappointed at best, You'll just be told this is Freemont on the weekend. For someone who has stayed at The D .. Apache, and other hotels I assure you this is not " how it is" this is how you except your customers to accept it if something goes wrong. This is completely unacceptable service and complete disregard for courtesy. Would not recommend coming here if you want to get home safely after a night of not sleeping with hearing the music across the street until 5am. Currently writing this at 310 am. My husband and I for the first night said we would want to stay here when we came to downtown.. NEVER again.

The room wasn't super clean. Definite signs of wear and tear around the room and in the halls. For example the shower floor was dirty stained with hard water or something. With a near constant dripping sound coming from somewhere.The elevator literally was so ridiculously slow I took the stairs to the fourth floor and found it quicker. Wasnt comfortable to just lay and watch TV as the TV was so far away and so low it just wasn't a vibe. The staff however were all extremely friendly and helpful.

The entire staff was wonderful. I felt like everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. From the point we drove in to the Valet, the doorman, check-in, restaurant staff, cashiers, dealers.. I mean everyone was super nice. That's not to say everything was perfect.. I have to knit-pick but even with those, it wasn't enough to take a star away. We will definitely be returning.
