Reception staff not very helpful. We arrived at 2.45 and they told us that we can not have room till exactly 3 pm. They gave us a room but did not update on system, so when went for breakfast next day we had to wait as the system did not recognise the breakfast is booked. With hotel.com the hotel was booked for us to pay at the hotel on arrival but the hotel took payment 3 days before.

The hotel was dated - the beds were uncomfortable and felt like they hadn't been updated in a long time. The pool area wasn't very nice to enjoy a swim and the ladder into the pool was broken when we were there. Overall the hotel would be much better suited to someone on a business trip than anyone going for a vacation in athens.
