Basically Perfect

This is a perfect little spot to stay in downtown Athens for a couple of nights. Cool and comfortable, the facilities are basic (not exactly luxurious’) but with everything you need and lovely helpful staff. I definitely recommend it and would return here!

Room was spacious and ac worked perfectly for the hot Greek summer. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and able to accommodate our late check in due to flight delays. My only complaint would be that my room was a bit noisey due to being just under the rooftop garden bar, and sharing a stairway with the bar entrance, so while the bar was open we heard stomping on the floors, chairs dragging, talking and music until around 1 to 2 AM. We also heard a lot of load banging and doors shutting in the hallways stairs as the workers were closing up the bar.

Perfect spot for all Athens has to offer

Very comfortable - one bedroom, living with sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom with washer machine. Large and comfortable for a family stay. Close to the tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, and metro. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast.

We had penthouse but this is really just an apartment. Bathroom has black mold on the ceiling, but overall apartment was nice. I did not like having restaurant above us as you can see it from the balcony. Breakfast was ok but pastries were not fresh. Location was excellent

V1935 is my go-to accommodation in Athens. It's a great location, the apartments are very well equipped, the breakfast plentiful, and the people who work there are delightful. I've stayed there 3 times now and will def stay there on my next visit.

We stayed in the Penthouse - a beautiful room and very cosy beds. We had missed our connection and the staff still were cheerful, helpful and welcomed us 11 hours late at 2am (small late check in charge). They did everything they could to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

The property is somewhat older but is well-maintained. The staff is very helpful--they helped with the luggage, showed us the features in the room, provided some free water bottles, included a welcome fruit bowl, and even delivered us some cereal and milk the night before we left for an early flight. The location is excellent for walking and is close to many restaurants, the subways and the tram. The breakfast has lots of options, including a few warm items. The room (a suite) was spacious, with bedroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and small balcony. Having a washing machine was a real plus. The rooftop restaurant was popular for pasta and pizza dishes.

We enjoyed our stay at the V1935 apartments in the penthouse. Whether by email before our start or when we arrived, Everyone we encountered that worked there was very responsive, helpful, approachable and friendly from the start. Located in a good location, accessible to restaurants, shops and the metro. I will definitely come back when I am in Athens again and recommend to friends as well. Thank you Efi and staff!
