Love the natural thermal mineral spring water spa. So good for all the aches and pains at the end of the day. All in your own room, nice and private. Carol is always such a welcoming hostess as well 👍👍👍

The property is very dated. The TV wasn't a smart TV so only standard Freeview channels available. Only 1 coffee bag supplied in the room. The only good thing about the stay was the shower pressure, amazing! Not great value for your money.

We had a room with a hot tub. It was great! Having your own private pool is perfect for a getaway. We did notice some areas lacking in cleanliness, such as dust on skirting boards and behind things. The room was also cold when we arrived, which was not ideal in August. Would stay again though.

Bonus to have a hot tub / spa allocated to most rooms.Easy walking distance to town and with the bar / restaurant and the Chinese takeaways not far up the road was a super bonus. Very friendly staff so wouldn’t hesitate to revisit

Every staff member we met was absolutely lovely very friendly very helpful. The room was clean and tidy and kept reasonably up to date as per 90% of accommodation the bed was slightly too firmed for my liking but all in all no complaints

We booked the room with the mineral pool out the back. What a treat - such luxury to fill the pool with hot water and soak whenever we wanted to. Room very clean. Good bed. Slept well. A/C was struggling - think it needed the filters cleaned but there was no one on reception to talk to when we left.
