Much smaller than pics lead you to believe. Room is dirty, we had dust and hair everywhere. We were left old coffee and sugar. In fact, the sugar was marked as expired 2 years ago in 2023. The location was the only perk since it was a short walk to many sites. But the room was noisy with loud droning sounds throughout the day, and people talking and banging around in the hallways as early as 6. Came to find out staff started "cleaning" room then. It was super disturbing. Would not stay again. A friend booked down the street at another small apartment that was so much nicer and friendlier and we wish we had too.

Booking and checking in with V36 Suites was done with ease. Communication with property management and staff was very hospitable. The suite itself was very clean, super cute, and comfortable. Our suite included a kitchenette and a balcony. The location is steps away to all necessities: food, transportation, and shopping (e.g, grocery, flea market, souvenir to high end shops). Thank you for a lovely stay in Athens.

Great place to stay and site seeing

It’s a wonderful place to stay Very cozy and clean room, with kitchen! Everything are very clean. Location is super, walking distance to everything. They can also arrange taxi for us….never drive in Athena downtown yourself.

My family and I just completed our first stay at V36 and it won’t be our last. Fantastic location, a clean modern space with a great balcony, and wonderful hosts. This place has it all.

Good location. Not well marked though as it is one floor in a commercial building. If it wasnt for other clients helping us out we would have never gotten into our room. There is no front desk but manager is pretty reponsive after you figure out communication. The cleaning lady was crazy. Room was clean, good amenities with fridge, microwave hotplate, etc. The view from the roof of the acropolis was amazing, especially at night.

Great central location and easy walk from Syntagma metro station. Nice, modern decor inside and very well equipped, the bed was comfy, shower pressure great. Despite being in the centre of town it was also very quiet and had great air conditioning in both rooms. Communication with the host was quick and comprehensive and the housekeeper was lovely too. Highly recommend Wild Souls cafe directly underneath for great coffee, delicious food and cool vibes. We were really happy with the apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s a great size for two people, any more might find it cramped, especially if you’re doing more than crashing out at night.

V36 Suites is ideally located. It's in a quieter area of Plaka but is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. Our junior balcony suite was perfect - very clean and well equipped with a microwave, espresso machine, and refrigerator. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located and walking distance to shopping, food and other tourist attractions. Hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. The apartment is spotless and has everything you would need like microwave, refrigerator etc. The housekeeper left us a a bottle of water in the fridge to enjoy after our long travel. Most importantly, the apartment has an elevator. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

My GO-TO Athens hotel.

This is my second time staying at V36 Suites. It is a safe, clean, and modern venue. It is very convenient to Syntagma square, the Plaka district, and Metro and Bus lines. The staff that work there are amazing and welcoming.
