Beautiful place as pictured. The location is great and the junior suite we stayed in was well maintained and very clean. Quiet & safe area with many nearby food options & coffee shops. Close to lots of well known stores and about a 7 to 10 min walk to the Acropolis museum area and the happening Makryianni street. The wonderful owner allowed us to store luggage there before check-in so we could explore while we wait for the place to be ready. Our bed was a little hard, but the extra comforter they had available would've made it fine if we used as extra padding. I would suggest to add a couple of small face cloths in the bath and for the small step into the bathroom, maybe a watch your step tape or a motion light of some sort. Ceiling fan and AC here too. A light and bright unit with a lovely deck space. Expect to pay a small climate resiliance tax. (8 euro when we stayed there) Overall, I would recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic location. Great communication with the owner. Daily maid service was lovely. Wonderful view of the Parthenon at night from the top patio area. We just carried our chairs up and use them while we drank some wine and looked at the fantastic scenery. I highly recommend this property. Priceless!

Much smaller than pics lead you to believe. Room is dirty, we had dust and hair everywhere. We were left old coffee and sugar. In fact, the sugar was marked as expired 2 years ago in 2023. The location was the only perk since it was a short walk to many sites. But the room was noisy with loud droning sounds throughout the day, and people talking and banging around in the hallways as early as 6. Came to find out staff started "cleaning" room then. It was super disturbing. Would not stay again. A friend booked down the street at another small apartment that was so much nicer and friendlier and we wish we had too.

Booking and checking in with V36 Suites was done with ease. Communication with property management and staff was very hospitable. The suite itself was very clean, super cute, and comfortable. Our suite included a kitchenette and a balcony. The location is steps away to all necessities: food, transportation, and shopping (e.g, grocery, flea market, souvenir to high end shops). It’s a wonderful place to stay Very cozy and clean room, with kitchen! Everything are very clean. Location is super, walking distance to everything. They can also arrange taxi for us….never drive in Athena downtown yourself.

Good location. Not well marked though as it is one floor in a commercial building. If it wasnt for other clients helping us out we would have never gotten into our room. There is no front desk but manager is pretty reponsive after you figure out communication. The cleaning lady was crazy. Room was clean, good amenities with fridge, microwave hotplate, etc. The view from the roof of the acropolis was amazing, especially at night.
