I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff wasn’t welcoming, late checkout wasn’t honored even though the hotel had availability, and housekeeping didn’t clean my room even after I requested it. Overall, not a good experience.

Very disappointing stay. The staff provided poor service and were not welcoming from start to finish. When I asked the front desk agent who checked me in questions, he responded by nodding his head instead of speaking, which felt unprofessional. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member and was denied my late checkout benefit even though the hotel was not fully booked and had plenty of available rooms. This was inconvenient, so I booked an extra night just to give myself more time. Housekeeping was also an issue. The housekeeper asked if I wanted my room cleaned as I was leaving, I said yes, but when I returned the room had not been cleaned. When I checked out, there was no thank you at all, I was just told I was checked out. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.

Hotel was clean and newish but the features were dumb. Motion light for bathroom that cuts off every 15seconds and cuts on in middle of the night if you roll over in bed. Art deco toilet with a square opening so big you’ll fall in when you sit. Bathroom vanity and sink is in the kitchen area. Etc etc.
