Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. All areas are private and not shared with me or any other guests.

You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

Druid Hills is a historic and picturesque community that boasts stunning architecture, lush green spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere. The area is renowned for its tree-lined streets, charming homes, and convenient location.

You'll be just steps away from a variety of delicious restaurants, cafes, and local shops in the Emory Village Square. INCLUDED AMENITIES:
➜Soft and cozy bedding for the maximum number of guests
➜Basic toiletries, including toilet paper and paper towels
➜Microwave, coffee maker, and utensils
➜Access to an iron and ironing board for your convenience

BEFORE BOOKING:
➜Please make sure your profile is up-to-date and complete
➜All guests must be at least 21 years old

PET POLICY:
➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding
➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest
In compliance with Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time

VISITORS:
➜Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest

CLEANING:
➜Our team of cleaners strives to provide a clean and sanitized home for your arrival
➜If there are any items in need of attention, we are more than happy to fix them for you

PEST CONTROL:
➜Pests can be a nuisance, but don't worry - our Pest Control company is ready to help

MAINTENANCE:
➜Our maintenance team is here to help with any necessary repairs or maintenance

EARLY CHECK-IN:
