The staff is super helpful and polite! They were also very accommodating during my stay and knowledgeable about the policies within the hotel! Guests were very quiet and respectful. The room was up to standard, especially for a motel. The only thing I have to say that they should definitely work on is a their little bug situation, which could be a huge red flag for other guest!!

There was an error in the system and they mistakenly put my reservation on another day which was not my day of accommodation. I requested a refund and I never wanted it, they didn't want to give it to me, so that wasn't my problem, it wasn't my fault but the system's.

The hotel needs to be updated but I would definitely stay there again because I felt that they were actually cleaning the room. Customer service wasn’t bad. They charge an extra 27$ (refundable). The room was a bit dark.
