The Mexican manager that's there in tha am very rude you will loose business because of her nasty attitude poor customer service the African American girl that works there should have the Mexican managers job she's so sweet always greets you great attitude always smiling easy to approach that fat manger needs to b in the gym she's mad at how her body looks and her face poor customer service I will never spend my money there again

Staff and residents were in your business too much . Things from my room kept disappearing . Trash being left in the stairwells . Only had ONE washer and ONE dryer . Only one ice machine that you had to get to by going all the way downstairs . Homeless people sleeping outside the property and inside the stairwells . Front desk had nasty attitudes . Overall stay experience : Housekeeper was great !

Cons: Two live roaches and one dead spider. A/C unit controls not functioning properly. Loud music late at night or guests fumbling around could be heard. Room lacked lighting. Lobby/hallway smells unpleasant. Pro: Only good thing is the price.
