Absolutely THE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in. Unsanitary, is putting it nicely. The air didn’t work. The fridge leaked water & didn’t even work. The floor hasn’t been swept in a while. The room was filthy. No point in complaining it won’t help. This place is a money scheme/trap. SHAME on you hotels.com. Your company is co conspiring to take advantage of people. I will make as many people aware of this as possible. Making these kind of hotels NON REFUNDABLE is a disgusting act on your company’s part.

I understand you get what you pay for, yes it is cheap, but even in that clean is clean. The office to check in smelled like stale, dirty floor and cigarette smoke. Trash all over the ground outside of hotel rooms, maxipads, food etc. Loud guests until midnight running and screaming and a dog barking. No matter how cheap will never return, do not recommend.

Alarm was going of for a while at 2am. The doors in building b wouldn’t unlock. He had to switch room twice.and there was no pastry and coffee. I paid an extra 12 for it. But people are very nice that work there

It was terrible had bed bugs didn’t know I had to make a deposit and the black lady in the office was rude telling me I had to hurry up because she gotta pick up her kids but had me waiting 30 minutes to check in

Upon checking in, 10:30 PM, lots of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot and sitting and chairs outside the rooms. One lady in particular two doors down from my room was rocking back-and-forth, smoking a cigarette, there’s another man in the parking lot standing by his car with his lights on, I felt very unsafe. Also, there was debris on the bed. Finally, I went back to the office to try and get a refund to get my money back reception said the hotel manager will call me back in the morning in the meantime I had to go find somewhere else safe to stay at 11 o’clock at night.

I had the most positive experience with the manager here. He was great and very helpful. Made me feel right at home and went out of his way to help me with my stay. Property and room were very clean and I got great sleep! Thank you!
