Despite the reviews my Bed was very comfortable and clean. Floors and tub was also clean. Spacious rooms didn’t smell smoky or like an ashtray. Definitely my go to hotel when in lithia.

This property is in need of a major upgrade. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in the lobby. Hallway carpets need a good cleaning. The room was spacious but the curtains need to be reattached, windows were drafty and the walls needed to painted.

This was a pretty nice hotel for the price. It was clean and staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was great. Pool was clean and not freezing like my stay at a hotel elsewhere just weeks before. Some things like the ice machines were run down. There was only 2 working. Getting in and out of the location is tricky it's right by the interstate. But those were my only two complaints. I asked for fresh towels at 12pm and they were promptly given to me. I returned and will be staying there again in a few weeks.

Winter swimming pool!

Good place to be away from the comfort of home. Nice little breakfast with hot and cold food choices to start the day right. Walmart across the street. Lots of fast food and restaurants near. GREAT INDOOR POOL. Open even in the winter. Quiet computer room.

The room was nice, except for the bathroom. The water in the tub ran terribly slow. There was also some hair hanging off the soap rack and in a couple of the towels. When going to use the indoor pool, it had a layer of grease floating on top of the water, we decided not to go swimming due to this. Amanda at the front desk was very courteous and professional.
