Ok for short stay but don’t recommend long term

Hotel is out dated and doesn’t look up kept like pictures. Bathroom had stains on walls. Many outlets in bedrooms didn’t work. To access pool you walk across the parking lot. The eating area is extremely hot. They said AC was broke but once they got it fixed it was still 82 in there every morning. I had to ask to have our room cleaned as two days went by and nothing. Not the worst hotel but not the greatest.

I decided not to stay there after I saw the condition of the rooms. Stains on the sheet, smoking smell, dirty room, filth under the bed, food stuff on the walls, frayed mattress. I told “Hero” the front desk person about these negative conditions and that I could not imagine staying there. I left 5 min after I entered the room. Manager was not available. I want a full refund!

Our first room smelled like mold and had mildew growing on the nightstand. We were moved to another room where we found roaches. We left the hotel at 1am because we felt disgusted.

The elevator door had to be pushed and held down multiple times before the doors would open or move from floor to floor. The elevator opened between floors causing patrons to step up or down to enter an exit elevator. The lines and signs for handicapped parking are almost nonexistent. The room had no air conditioning. When a call was made to the attendant working, he did not seem surprised by my call. A quick response that he had no available rooms and to contact the manager in the morning. Was not helpful in the least

My trip to this hotel was great. I was near I 75 and near all the Atlanta attractions. The hotel rooms were clean, the staff was hospitable, and the breakfast was free and delicious. The hotel is a little older, but is served a purpose I needed.

Good Stay

Our stay was good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was geat. The only negative would be the street noise coming through the room AC Unit. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.
