Illegal listing

Property manager never sent check-in details. After several days of calling I finally reached someone on the phone number provided, but they said they're not a Vrbo host. The building is an apartment, not a condo, and management said they don't allow short-term rentals or sublets.

Rip-off

They say in the description that check in is after 4 pm. What they don’t say is that it ends at 6. When I got there and found that the office was locked and closed, I contacted the lord. They never responded. Not that night. Not the day after. They straight up ripped me off for all of it. I’m still charged for cleaning even though I could never even set foot on the property, and now on a technicality I can’t qualify for a refund. So all you need to know about this listing is that they will steal from you.
