Bed and pillows were so comfy. Staff was so responsive. I’m a bit bummed they don’t have free coffee. There is a keurig in the room but it didn’t work well. The drip was $4 plus even tho they were dumping it at 11. But the kiosk was supposed to be open until 12. Other than that I will def stay there again. The staff was really sweet and the room was super quiet.

First, I must say that this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Aestically appealing and absolutely gorgeous! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by courteous and kind staff. The check-in process was very easy, they were able to answer my questions and assured me that my enjoying my stay was their top priority. Very professional and classy. My room was very clean and up to date. Very impressive, not to mention the view---absolutely breathtaking view overlooking the city. I would highly recommend Crown Plaza when choosing a hotel to stay. You won't be disappointed!

The facility is nice, the people are nice. The drinks & snacks in the bar are ENTIRELY overpriced, I'm not paying $5 for a sprite. The parking is atrocious, and it's a super tight fit and the parking spots are tight. The overall layout of the hotel was just ok.

I truly enjoy staying at this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Their level of customer service really makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is another major plus — only about 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta and directly across the street from Perimeter Mall, with plenty of options for shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. Whether you’re traveling for business or just looking for a relaxing getaway, the Crowne Plaza in Dunwoody is a great choice. I highly recommend it!
