Very clean, relaxed, warm and friendly vibes from staff and guests alike. Loved the indoor pool and gym which we took delight in using. Got stuck on the elevator 🛗 for a cool 20 minutes or so during a power outage affecting the block our hotel was on. But had just gotten back from a stroll over to Foxtail Coffee on the corner. So, with my cortado in hand and my son's belly full we were prepared for the mission. ...to wait 🫸... And begin to plan our funerals, just in case. ⌚🕯️⚱️🌹🕊️😄

Employee serving breakfast this morning 7/26/25 had ear buds in her ears and people were trying to get her attention and she ignored them. Next time she came out, I tapped her on the shoulder and ask her for something, she removed and ear bud and was very rude, then put the ear bud back in her ear. Otherwise very nice place.

Easy to get in and out of. Most of the staff was super friendly one lady was very rude. Breakfast was decent but the espresso machine was broken so that was disappointing. The room was very nice and spacious and clean.

new favorite hotel!

We had a great experience here! quiet and peaceful area but close to the action! Easy to get to Truist park, so close to lenox square! we traveled with two small dogs and had plenty of areas to walk around with them. pool area was clean and the water wasn’t freezing. small kitchen area in the room was very helpful as well. We will be staying here again very soon!

Excellent Stay. Very clean!

I do not travel a lot and am very weird about staying in hotels. The Element was very clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room very spacious. I give this hotel bonus points for having a large refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink.

Stay clear of this hotel! The room is ok (the mini fridge in my room leaked and no one fixed it) and the surrounding area is nice, but the management is awful. The female concierge was disrespectful to me and my friend who was trying to pay for parking but told her to go away because she was busy. My friend was confused and try to pay anyway and the concierge snatched the ticket, scanned it, gave it back, and told her there I helped you now you can leave. We were confused and tried to ask her what the issue was but she got visibly frustrated and rushed us out by saying “omg I’m really busy, can you leave?”. I told my friend forget it and to just leave. As we were walking out she kept yelling bye! Later, I talked to another worker about her behavior and the person summed it up by saying “she’s usually not like this, she’s just having an off day, I’m sure you’ve had those before”. I say again to everyone, don’t stay here!
