Staff was superb. Overall vibe was great. Liked the eco-friendliness. Breakfast had a nice variety. People had dogs that never stopped barking for two days we were there. Bar was out of half the menu and didn’t even have lime for my G&T. Mirror missing on bathroom door in the room.

Loved our stay. Deducted a star due to HVAC. There was NO way to shut off the blast coming from the vent. Even when we turned off the heat or AC, air would still blow. It was loud & annoying as it faced the bed so it blew in my face all night. I also couldn’t give 5 stars as the bedding was wrinkled. Clean but not pressed. In hindsight I got concerned that it wasn’t changed. Looked clean tho. All else was great. The rooms are soundproof!! Room layout was great. Room had everything we needed. Like a little studio apt. Chairs & bed super comfortable. Lighting perfect. Blackout shades perfect. Gym, perfect. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Bright and airy spaces. For the price point, it’s a gem. Clean, smells good and feels good. Very well maintained spaces. Breakfast area is perfect. Omelet w/avocado, greek yogurt & fresh berries made me happy. All included. Great coffee too. The lady who made our omelets was super sweet. Nice little bar/bar food with an outside seating area too. Great for warmer weather. Piedmont is very busy road so we were happy our room wasn’t street facing. Check in staff and bar staff were very pleasant. Checkout staff should learn to ask guests about their stay and say thank you. Additionally, general staff needs to be more hospitable during random encounters. Only person who was such was an obvious manager. General staff should do the same vs sour faces. Tacos, CVS, markets & sauna in walking distance. Will be back for sure. Element for the win.

A gem

This was a little gem in Buckhead Atlanta. What a beautiful area. This hotel was extremely walkable and offered eco friendly amenities, which I loved. It was simple room setups and minimal waste. I loved my stay here.

Nice, clean hotel. Near restaurants. The staff was friendly. Microwave & fridge in room. No complaints but bring your water. Usually there's complimentary water bottles in hotel room and water is something I got accustomed to. Parking garage is across the street, very convenient.

Electric Went Out / No TV for entire Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a beautiful and clean property with great aesthetics. However, I did experience some issues that made my stay less enjoyable. I checked in at around 5pm. The electricity went out at 7:40 PM and wasn’t restored until 8:40 PM. Unfortunately, the TV never worked for the duration of my stay. When I inquired about compensation for the inconvenience, I was told there would be none, which was disappointing. Additionally, I wish the valet service had been available, as walking alone to the parking garage in the freezing cold was both uncomfortable and a little unsettling. Despite these setbacks, I would love to stay here again—provided the electricity stays on and the amenities function as expected! I do plan to file an insurance claim for the inconvenience.

The Element in Buckhead offers an incredible stay. The hotel feels brand new. The rooms are beautifully appointed, but nothing ostentatious. The staff is friendly and responsive—especially RJ, who made us feel welcome and valuable patrons. Oh! And the elevators appear to be new—even they made a great impression!

I like that many rooms have kitchenettes. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially RJ! We also enjoyed the Secret Garden, free drinks at happy hour, and free cookies and chocolate covered strawberries on Valentines Day.
