Kyle in the hospitality section where we ate breakfast was great! Extremely hospitable, had the entire room sing happy birthday to one of the minor guests-it was quite an enjoyable experience! The room was clean, although when I requested new towels at the front desk they were not sent nor provided. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not that good... but the room itself was really nice!
