Unfortunately, our recent stay was not great. The hotel was very loud, especially at night, and on our second night, our room filled with the strong smell of marijuana coming in from the hallway. To make matters worse, when we returned from the pool, we were locked out of our room due to a dead door battery. It took over 40 minutes for someone from customer service to finally send a technician to fix it. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable—there was an earring and sunflower seed left on our nightstand when we arrived. Definitely not the level of comfort or service we expected.

The air vents had black mold inside them. The curtains had something similar to that from a man on each panel. We requested a new room and were told they had nothing available. From my conversation with the front desk person they knew or had many complaints about this room. Please see pictures below. I have a video of the curtains if I need to send that. I strongly advise that this hotel be removed from your site. Very disappointed ☹️!

When I arrived in my room the air conditioner was not working properly. I call front desk to let her know. She said someone will be there to check it out but no one ever showed up. So me and my children had to sleep in a stuffy room all night

This property is not what it really seems. The room is outdated with furniture especially for the price that is charged. There were also 2 roaches in the bathroom which was ridiculous. Also, the deposit online and over the phone said $50 a night I was charged $100 a night for a deposit!! An updated policy needs to go into place and new furniture. The staff was very nice although we did not get any new towels or another blanket that was requested.
