Over all it was an okay facility. The line to check-in was quite long, I tried to do it from my phone, but kept getting errors. There were ants on the little sink area in the living space, we called the front desk, they said they would send someone, but no-one came till we actually went downstairs and tell them again. Breakfast is pretty basic, and the. Line to get omelette was longer than we wanted to wait in line for. Maybe we visited at a busy time, but still we were hoping to get a better experience than what we got.

The rooms were really clean and spacious. The bed slept very comfortably. I loved the complimentary breakfast. It was so peaceful I didn’t want to come home.

A tad disappointed

The hotel was understaffed big time for an event that was in the area. It took a while to get checked in. Then got to room and the air conditioner was broke. I was in a room for two plus days that would not go lower than 78 degrees. I couldn’t sleep at all! Then when I checked out they told me there was a charge from the pantry that I most certainly DID NOT DO! Thank goodness I checked out and was told because I would have been charged for something I didn’t but! But the lady did take it off the bill.

Decent value. 3.5 star hotel with minor issues.

Room was large and comfortable. Shower was terrible with very poor water pressure and barely Luke warm water. Valet situation was a nightmare- disorganized in the evening and when I checked out it took 35 minutes to get my car.
