We stayed from April 26th to April 28th. We found no hot water for us to shower. When we called the front desk, they told them it was all booked and they did not have any other room for us. My husband asked for the refund and the manager promised us that they will refund us but we need to call Hotels. com since we booked the hotel through it. We called the hotels.com and they emailed and called the manager but no response until now. I checked the reviews and some people had the same situation like us. The staff told us that they always have the same or in that room. Please be careful when you decide to book this hotel. The room may not have hot water.

The hotel is beautiful! There seems to be plenty to do (eat and shop) around the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable! My view from my room was the best part! I can’t wait to book again!!!

This is the best Embassy Suite I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was extremely nice. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I travel the world and stayed at many hotels. This hotel is by far one of the best ever. I give them 10 stars for cleanliness. And the breakfast is out of this world. I would definitely stay there again.

The property and hotel were amazing. Loved the valet service!! The local area has great shops and food within walking distance and the onsite restaurant was great. The free drinks for happy hour were definitely a highlight!!

I always stay here when I'm in town because the hotel is beautiful clean. The service is always great and their breakfast is the best. The only drawback with this stay is that there appeared to be an issue with a/c system in the building because it was a little humid inside.

The room was spacious and nice. The AC was set too high and maintenance had to be called to fix the air which was greatly appreciated. However there was a wedding at the site and the noise was so loud that it sounded like people were jumping on the bed and jumping off onto the floor above us. The front desk was called to complain about the noise however the noise did not quiet down until about 3 in the morning. When I complained to the front desk again, all I was told was that they were sorry but there was a wedding and an after party. I felt as if my friends nor I were given any consideration for our lack of sleep.

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the room temperature wouldn't go below 67 and I like to sleep at 63 or 64 degrees.
