We have a exclusive basement that is very clean and peaceful, and has its own private entry way. It is close to Pleasant Hill rd where there is access to restaurant and fast food choices. We are close Hwy i85

Sterling was great to work with

This property was rented to help a friend get out of the area where the chemical plant, BioLab, caught on fire a few weeks ago. I needed to book it on a Monday, but VRBO would not let me select Monday, the day I was booking. I reached out via the messenger app in Vrbo, and Sterling went above and beyond to get us in on Monday rather than having to sit in the chemical smoke for another 24 hours. My friend told me that the place was great and that her, her daughter and grandkids finally had a safe environment to wait out the smoke, and it was close to where we work, so that was helpful, as well.
