Great hotel in Midtown location, with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The parking garage was nice and convenient (and free, but this was likely a special case at low season).

Did not meet expectations

Checked in 830p. AC broken with no moving air whatsoever. Room smelled like dank old smoke. Maintenance “fixed” AC, but broken again by 11p. Son already asleep, so I did not want to change rooms at midnight. Slept poorly as expected. Asked for one night comp (of my 3 nights) and instead only given free buffet breakfast (essentially no cost to hotel). New (equivalent 2Q) room significantly nicer than first (no old smoke smell and functional AC and glass shower instead of tub). Frustrating to lose the lottery on check in with room assignment for similar hotel class room. Staff were professional, but ultimately I left dissatisfied with their response. Hotel itself great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and situated within walkable GT campus. Street noise at night, but they provided ear plugs. $21/ni self Parking, not staffed on weekends. Indoor Pool/hot tub were nice touch, but adjacent gym/equipment was quite dated. Beds comfy (nights 2&3). Burger at downstairs bar/restaurant excellent.

Average stay. Housekeeping will wake you up to check if you’re awake around 8am. Loud hotel, able to hear from the hallways and outside too. No windows that open. The hotel hands out earplugs to ‘solve’ the problem. Will pick another hotel next time
