Nice hotel, conveniently located. Parking directly next to the property. Check-in staff was not so friendly and people were loud in the hallway later in the evening. Rooms spacious, well equipped and clean. Pool area needs some maintenance, but overall pleasant.

Room was spacious and decently clean. Check-in and check-out was easy but had difficulty opening the door in the beginning. I had to go all the way back to the front desk and they told me that it was a known issue and I had to turn the handle up the first time (???).

My Husband and I are always pleased with our stay here. The staff is very friendly and amenities and cleanliness are always on point. The location is also great and close to good restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The staff was really nice to me; both their morning and evening staff. Most everything is within a 15 minute walk of the hotel or just a couple minute drive by car which wasnt really expensive to park.

It was great hotel but i was supposed to have parking included with stay and upon check-out i got charged additional charges for parking. I've called for a week and half every day and have never got a reimbursement or resolution. So custom service was lacking on that end.

I lived in room 318, our bathroom was broken, no water, and the air conditioning wasn't working. I told the front desk about this. No intention to provide any sort of compensation. She just said she noted that.
