Arrived late into the evening to a room with a warm to stale temperature. Remote to TV did not work. A used flossing or teeth cleaning device was left on a towel shelf, openly visible. A dried eye contact was stuck to the floor of the shower, also openly visible. Sheets didn’t fit bed very well. Door to room stuck and would not shut completely without us pushing it closed. How can all this be the case?

This is not the first time I have stayed here. I was very disappointed with the cleaning service. The building, elevator, and trash can lids were very dirty. It seems that there is no supervisor to look after their service. I don't know how the reviews said this was clean. Hallways were dirty, elevator dirty, door habdles were dirty. Corners of bathroom stuff not cleaned. Older Hampton needs updated. Main door to room had pieces chipped off. Could here room above us take a shower. Possituve bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast was fine, just your norm. Check in was good, front desk clerk was friendly.
