Host was difficult to get in touch with. Took several attempts to get an answer to simple questions. The photos of the unit/building did not accurately depict the accommodations. Hallways smell strongly of marijuana which leaked in under the door to the unit. Carpets are torn out of hallways. Neighboring apartment nightly domestic disturbances. Building was broken into during our stay. Residence drinking on the steps at all hours of the night.Positives: Unit was very clean, beds comfortable and showers with lots of hot water.

We visited to go to a Falcons game and this condo served our needs perfectly. It was in the city and near a bunch of bars and restaraunts. And including the pull out sofa, there were four beds, which was perfect. The host responded quickly to messages. For the price, you can’t beat it. Nice view, in the city, spacious condo and comfortable beds!

This place should be removed as an option on vrbo. The area and building are so unsafe there are literally news articles about it. Sure, the pictures look great, but you'll be shocked when you pull up with your family and be terrified to get out of your car. Thank goodness we didn't pull up in the dark! The Google reviews of this building and area are frightening as well. People's cars being stolen, no parking attendants or security, low lighting in the garage, mold in the building, drug deals, the list goes on. We experienced the garage and the sketchy people sorting outside. The outside of the building looked rough, looking up we saw windows that looked broken or the insides looking unwelcoming. We decided it was safer to leave than to even attempt entry. I'm extremely disappointed that this was even an option. We drove 6 hours with 2 children under 5, a teen, and two adults, only to have to then book 2 hotel rooms at the Marriott - where there was clean rooms, security, and a safe place for our car. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! The landmark condos are not where anyone should be staying!

After our flight was diverted from landing in Atlanta airport, we landed in South Carolina instead. We had to take a 2 1/2 hour Uber ride to our condo which was very easy to get to. By the time we got to the condo it was 3:30am in the morning and we were so thankful to have a place to rest our heads. The beds in the condo were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family.

Great Downtown Atlanta Apartment

This place was a great way to stay in downtown Atlanta. The place is perfect for having a glass of wine overlooking the city. We had a major storm roll through, and I got to enjoy the lightening from the safety of the enclosed balcony. My girls enjoyed the spacious second bedroom. It was very centrally located and having a dedicated parking spot was really wonderful.

Had the best time seeing Mamma Mia with daughters, sister and mom! And we were thrilled to be under one roof on a property so close to the Fox Theatre. The host & hostess communicated well and the property was perfect for our need.

All the hotels were sold out in downtown Atlanta for the cheer sport competition. We were able to stay at this awesome condo within 1 mile of GEORGE world Congress center great place. Everything was superb easy access to everything. Definitely a place will go back to in the future.

Horrible experience

As soon as we walked into this unit we knew we couldn’t stay. It was 30 degrees in Atlanta and all the windows were wide open (on the 14th floor) and there were multiple floor and ceiling fans going in every room, but it must have been 90 degrees inside. The host insisted that the cleaning crews had turned the heat up high and the fans were place for our “consideration.” After several texts and phone calls, the host admitted that this was not an acceptable solution and offered to cancel our stay with a full refund. So we left and found a hotel nearby. So far, that refund has not happened and I’ve sent complaints to VRBO and to my credit card company.

Super cute condo

The condo was super cute and enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The only issue we had was getting an elevator (only 1 was working) but that’s not the fault of the hosts. The hosts were very nice and sent clear communication about check-in/out. Location was very close to the Aquarium which is what we wanted.

Comfortable Place for Family after day in Downtown

The Condo its self was nice; the building it’s in could use some updating. Overall; this Condo worked very well for us. It perfectly accommodated my wife, our 17 year old daughter, our married daughter, her husband, the 2 grand babies and myself. Perfect for large family to relax after spending a fun day in downtown Atlanta!
