Nice room. No shuttle bus to and from international terminal. Uber cost me extra $24 . Room was very updated and clean. However at 2:00 a.m. the room next to mine there was a man beating the s*** out of a woman who was screaming. I called the desk and they did get up there very quickly and I think that says a lot about the quality and the location of this hotel. The air conditioner and heater in the room was not updated and it was very loud and did not do a good job of heating the room.

First, the staff was super friendly. That was kind of weird ended. The HVAC system didn't work and it took me until 10:00 that night to realize I called down and they came up and had to completely disconnect it and get me extra blankets because the room was about 60°. And turn the fan off. The toilet wouldn't flush but I'm sort of okay because it wouldn't stop running so anything that you deposited in the toilet eventually went down. Those were the main reasons why I didn't love the hotel they didn't have any kind of restaurant on site but they had their shuttle bus that would take me down to the Radisson to have dinner and then pick me up to come back to the hotel after dinner.

The room was out dated. The air conditioner squeaked while it was on and the elevator broke during our stay. We were not given the passcode to the gated exit until we checked out which caused confusion leaving everyday. There were signs up that said spikes in the ground do not go this way. The $15 dollar parking was also not a plus. The staff had no other parking suggestions.
