Before checking in I confirmed they offered airport shuttle. Arrived at front seat to only be told there was no shuttle available. I proceeded to ask when will be the next shuttle, front seat attendant advised me she doesn’t know and I need to figure it out.

Great place, cleaner than clean, organized and convenient. Suggest the hotel info states hotel shuttles to not take you to international departures at the airport only domestic.

Never got room cleaned. Did not hang sign for "do not disturb". Asked the staff if they would clean and they said yes but never came. Breakfast food was lukewarm and not tasty.

The rooms were very clean. Each suite has a pull out couch that was so comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing. I will be booking with them again. 😁😁😁😁

The staff and customer service were incredible. Very knowledgeable about food and dining in the area. They respond very quickly to request. There is a convenient shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. I would like to specifically give the highest kudos to: Geronda, Sandra, Waple, Mr. Garo and Gwen. I may have left out a name or two or three, but every single person I encountered at the hotel was helpful and attentive. Whenever I come to Atlanta, it will be a no-brainer where I will stay each time.
