The room was beautiful just looking at it, but if you look closer there is room for improvement. Dings on the walls, shower grout needs a good clean, there is an outline of the mirror on the wall, just small things that could make the overall experience better. There also needs to be more light in the bathroom. The staff was incredible and I would stay here again.

The elevators take 15 minutes every time, and they are in poor working conditions. The bartenders have bad attitudes, the valet takes a very long time. The front desk staff are all wonderful and pleasant and helpful! The bed was comfy. The room was clean!

I would give it 5 but the service was bad and they had to switch my room last minute because they gave it to someone else… we then only had small room with one bed and to make up for it, they offered a breakfast complimentary and didn’t even get that. the hotel is beautiful but the service is horrible.
