When air conditioning was on it was too cold and when it turned off it was too warm. Microwave worked poorly or was difficult to use correctly. Hairs in shower and on towel at checkin. Otherwise staff was very friendly and is conveniently located on I285.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was quiet and very clean, which made for a relaxing visit. When we first checked into our room, it looked as if someone had laid on the bed, but the front desk immediately moved us to another room with no issues. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the rooms clean and tidy. The location is convenient, with shopping areas and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated that they were willing to give us a late check-out when we asked. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room was spotless and staff was excellent. The rooftop bar is isolated from the rooms so you never hear any noise from it, but the traffic outside was extremely noisy. I dont think the facility can do anything to help that though.

The hotel was extremely pleasant and the staff was amazing. The restaurant was exceptional. Our waiter and bartender were great. Chris the bartender and Iman our waiter, (best ever) . Definitely be back if in the area again.

Everything was great. Location is close enough to downtown but quiet and remote when you dont want the hustle and bustle. There is a $20 dollar per night incidental charge that was not noted and that I was informed on check in, so I would've liked that update or some more transparency

Great location. Easy to access, right off of the highway. Lots of shopping less than 2 miles away. Big mall with many food options. I slept great! Room was clean! Bathroom was clean, that’s a huge thing for me. They did not disappoint. I had 2 rooms with different maids, and each room was in excellent condition and very clean.
