Biggest disappointment is the shuttle schedule. It was different than what the hotel sent me literally a week prior to my arrival. In addition, the first shuttle coming to the airport was late by 30 minutes, not the best situation at 4 in the morning. The seats were all stained but at least it didn't smell bad. The hotel seems to be newer or to have undergone renovations, but the tiles in the shower have too much cracking & grime to suggest otherwise. Overall, the hotel just needs to be a bit cleaner and less dusty. It should help with that subdued smell of uncleanliness that hits you when you first walk into your room too. Conditioner was impossible to squeeze out of the bottle. Lotion looked like it had definitely been used by a prior guest. Shampoo was fine. Hey, what else do you need for $110/ night; we have high inflation:) Hot water for tea in the lobby was tepid, may as well change the label. Breakfast is a la carte and for fee which is fine, it's as advertised. I had an egg& cheese croissant. It was excellent and priced well at $5.99. All the staff are friendly.
