My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable. Theatres was too soft so the heavier person sunk and slept on an incline.

My room was pristine. Staff were over the top helpful and genuinely nice. I was only there for one night, so I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. Went to roof top bar for a night cap ... it was raining so we didn't go outside. The music was good!

I'm thrilled about this hotel! It's my go-to spot for an amazing staycation. The staff is fantastic, making every moment special. And let me tell you about the dining options – there’s a fabulous restaurant right downstairs called Three Arches, plus a stunning rooftop lounge on the 15th floor called Spaceman, where the views are breathtaking! On top of that, you have access to a 24 hr gym and a refreshing pool. It’s a great experience!

When we checked in, person working front desk very uptight. Maybe she was having a bad day, which is understandable & happens. Very stiff, not that friendly. We enjoyed our stay, convenient to everything we had planned.
