Hotel was nice and clean. Great breakfast options. The area was nice and near lots of stuff, We will surely stay again. The employees were very friendly.

Staff was amazing, property is worked needs to be refurbished. The hotel had a musty smell throughout, elevator did not work, long wait for one. We had 3 rooms altogether only one room was cleaned during out 2 night stay.

The property needs an upgrade. Our toilet didn’t work and the shower was flooding so we had to switch rooms. The front desk staff (Malcolm) was great!! The rooms were not that clean but we made the best of it! (Thank god for Lysol and Clorox wipes) overall it wasn’t too bad. I wouldn’t stay again at this particular Hyatt but I’ll continue to stay with the brand
