I travel a lot and this hotel stands out as the service was unacceptable, the staff seemed to have issues with greeting you at the front desk, bar and calling for info from the room. It felt as if you were bothering/disturbing them, no smiles and just full of sulky faces and attitude. There was one server in the restaurant that was full of life and happy to greet you and really deserves a medal for being able to maintain that level of customer service whilst working with corpses.

This property is wonderful. We will absolutely stay again. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The drinks and foods at the restaurant were tasty. The hotel room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The shower had great water pressure. Really beautiful location. Easy walking distance to things. We would stay here again.

Upon arrival another guest was complaining that her room had not been cleaned their entire stay which prompted me to be cautious of mine. My original room had red hair under the sheets & dust everywhere on the floor. The ice area was also down on my hallway. The front desk made no hesitation to correct the mistake & I was ultimately left happy. Valet is a little pricey in my opinion ($50 per night), however self parking is very close in proximity.

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious, very clean. I would definitely book again. The bar and restaurant was a plus. It’s just in the right area in the city but not too much downtown.

Hotel check-in procedure was efficient and no hassle. Rooms were very tastefully decorated. A staff member text me hours after check-in to ensure my satisfaction with my stay. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely return again!
