Stay was good. Only thing that was not good was check-in. It took a long time because only 1 clerk was working at the desk. Also, even though I checked in online, I still had to repeat the entire process at the front desk. So, that was not efficient use of my time.

If you they do report, make sure they take notes because they will try and say that none of the was documented when I spoke to them directly and showed photo proof. • Upon check-in, the first room contained a large spiderweb in the corner, showing the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. • I was moved to a second room, but that room had no working door locks, which made me feel unsafe and unable to secure my belongings or myself. • There were dog droppings left in the hallway, creating unsanitary and unhealthy conditions in common areas.

The staff was absolutely great but the room needs some work. I don't know if they had had a plumbing problem but when I turned on the bathroom sink air was in the line and brown water came out. I did not use the water to brush my teeth. The caulking in the shower was moldy and on the outside as well and kind of rusty looking giving it a dirty impression. The bed desperately needs to be replaced. Looked like they had crammed something up underneath the mattress and box spring to help build it back up but when you sat on it it did not spring back. It was hard to get comfortable. The paint has a lot of nicks. The color scheme is nice it's just a little rundown looking. In general they could use some new linens. Basically I think it's time to do a mini remodel the elevator and down the hall had a lot of scuffs and some peeling wallpaper in places. The lobby and breakfast are really nice.

I stayed at this property from Wed., Nov. 5 to Sunday, Nov. 9. had a laundry bag provided by the room filled with some dirty clothes. I returned to the room the second evening, the bag was gone. I reported to the front desk man and he said he would let the manager or owner know. When I checked out on the 9th, it was the same front desk person and said that the manager is looming into it and they would contact me. I have not heard a word since. I lost clothes.

I gave a 3 because the tub was clogged still not fixed the shower gel kept falling out I just placed it on the side not fixed they just put it back in the broken dispenser. Walls thin can hear couple arguing the next morning wasn't expecting that. The hotel staff is amazing. Clean room when requested. Room was clean heat works perfect for these cold nights
