Renovation Reflections

The property is undergoing renovation and a slight deviation is to be expected. Unfortunately, the front desk attendant who check me in was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and mostly MIA during my stay. The atmosphere and facilities were a bit unsettling broken toiletry dispensers, rattling air conditioner. On a higher note, the housekeeping staff were courteous, efficient, warm and responsive. Needless to say, the night before my trip was a bit disappointing and less than restful. I paid extra for early check to boot.

DO NOT STAY HERE THE PICTURES ARE LYING TO YOU. everything is dirty bed dirty shower dirty hallway dirty the people dirty paper thin walls housekeeping comes every 3 days had to beg for towels everything looks like crap the place reeks of smoke there is no closet the room is the size of a closet the tv didn’t work idek what else to say don’t stay here. front desk is rude even though they do nothing all day

Lipstick on a pig!

Upon arrival we found out that the kitchen area breakfast area was under renovation they were not providing any breakfast nowhere was it stated in the hotel website or hotels website everything was being painted the craftsmanship of the working done is very shoddy the room was very dirty it was hair all over the floors and a bathroom it was cheats everything was disgusting passed about some kind of discount or compensation they said no terrible More like a motel One than anything.

Hotel is undergoing renovations and was not in good shape. Night manager gave me wrong room type but made it right when I complained. Shower had lukewarm water.

Disgusting, no extra clean towels when I asked . The lobby receptionist was asleep when in the lobby area when I walked into the hotel . They have negative attitudes . Bathrooms are filthy . Sheets are not fully clean . The list goes on

Can't believe this was a Wyndham

flight cancelled and this was a close hotel. The hotel is under construction. Our room smelled musty. No bar soap and old towels towels. There wasn't a blow dryer and there was a cord to a hotel phone but no phone.
