Hotel had many issues BUT rates 5 despite the issues. The issues I experienced relate to understaffing. 90 mins to have toilet paper delivered to my room, even after going down to get it on purpose. Housekeeping reluctant / unable to provide turndown service. Etc. An unexpected benefit was the Porsche service to anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Unfortunately, on a Saturday night, there weren’t enough employees to provide that perk. Nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay and my room there perk

The Nobu is a great hotel. From the fresh hot towel and tea upon arrival to the courtesy Porsche rides within a 3 mile radius, it’s designed for guests satisfaction. It’s pricey but it’s a place I want to come back to. We had one little issue while staying there and the management went above and beyond to correct as well as compensate for the situation. This meant everything to me as most hotels won’t even have the decency to acknowledge when something is wrong or one of their team members is being unprofessional etc. I definitely recommend them and would certainly stay there again.
