The design of everything. Sitting areas for guests. Room was big and comfortable. Huge bathroom. 2 chairs in room. This is a new hotel and part of the renovation of the south downtown area. Wonderful staff.

While the front desk and restaurant staff were courteous, the room and guest room services were subpar. We checked in on Thursday and left Sunday. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to make several calls to get fresh towels everyday. With all the other selections, I will most likely not stay here again

The room is nice & clean, but no iron & microwave is a big deal for me. Also, the elevator takes forever to come cuz only 1 out of 2 works. The lack of breakfast doesn’t help either! Management should fix the elevator & consider having at least an iron & microwave in the rooms. Amazing staff though!

This hotel was ok if you’re just swinging through. The staff could have been more well informed as many had different answered that could have helped us save money. They also could have been more transparent about the rooms. They have ones that face the lobby not the city and it’s so loud. Walls paper thin. And we were next to a venue that had a party and it was unbearably loud late into the evening. The staff should be aware and warn you ahead of time. It wasn’t bad but pretty expensive for these issues. Parking screwed us too.

Tracy was amazing from the start of checkin. Her welcoming attitude is what made us so at ease from the door. Every single staff member including house keeping housekeeping were juat amazing. The decor is AMAZING, The Bluetooth mirror is the bathroom......atmosphere was very SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. That restaurant inside the is A1. Rooms look and feel freshly made up. Very thing was just on point. No to mention walkable to arenas.
