What I didn't like is nowhere on Expedia it says valet only parking and the parking 🅿️ is $60.00 a night. You don't learn that until you have already pulled up to unload.

Beautiful hotel and great restaurants, etc. when booking it said there was a valet option as well as self parking. When we got there they said valet only at a cost of $60 per day.

This is a beautiful property! Food was delicious and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. Front desk was really kind and helped with all my questions. Make sure you check about events because it can get crowd if there’s a major event! I plan on returning for a getaway in the future!

Super crowded from an event, over priced and didn’t even get my skyline view. Instead I got a view of the Stadium & yeah left from the frat party. Terrible service once I brought to staff attention. Stated it was based on availability but couldn’t even check-in at 4pm due to heavy traffic for an event I knew nothing about. This place really for parties like a club not comfort or romance. Very unsatisfied

Hotel was great, excellent view and corner room, however the parking was horrible which reduced the quality of the overall stay, no self parking, valet parking only for $60/night per car, over an hour of waiting at check out in the morning for the car to be brought back by valet - probably won’t stay there again due to the horrible and overcharged parking arrangements and excessive delay at check out, but the hotel itself and the room was beautiful
