They advertised on their website that they had an onsite restaurant for dinner (which they did not), they advertise that they have a continental breakfast as well (which they do not have). Was very disappointed when I found used rubber gloves shoved in the couch seat in our suit. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers, and when asked to fill them they gave us a bottle that barely had any in it. Then in the morning went to use the bathrooms in the common area, and was pleasantly surprised how clean they were (only to find no soap in the dispensers when my little boy went to wash his hands). Then my wife comes out after using them as well and states that they had no soap in her bathroom either. Vey disappointed in Sonesta. I had preciously stayed at one of the properties in the past and was very impressed. Not so much at this one, will be going back to Marriott properties.

My bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guest, and when I asked to have they send the cleaner who some cleaned but left the garbage on the night stand. I cannot recommend to stay here

The lady at the check in desk at night was not nice at all. I had to ask about the wifi and elevator location. Simple hospitality service mind was absent or she just did not care. The room was not super clean not updated. We had to ask for hair dryer and given towels. Moment later it was given to us. The check out was smooth and the lady at the front was smiling at least
