Booked this room for our anniversary, upon arriving we stood in line for about 30 minutes before they told us the internet was down and they couldn’t process credit cards or room keys. After what seemed like another 30 minutes they started moving people thru the line and making copies of their id and credit cards. Then had to be escorted up to our room. We were told when the problem was fixed we would get a call to come get our room key. So here we are in our room with no key to get back in if we leave the room couldn’t access the pool area nothing.Fast forward to 10pm we went by the front desk to ask about room keys and oh yes we have them here you go. Everything was ok after that until the morning of our checkout day and the phone starts ringing at 7 am to let me know my card did not go thru why it had to be at 7am I don’t know. I get up go down to the desk and magically first try it goes thru. Upon returning to our room the key does not work so here goes another trip to the front desk. Not really the way I pictured a nice weekend away with my wife.

It was a little noisy but they cannot control people having loud cars. Only real complaint was our mirror was “peeling” in the bathroom and made it look pretty bad. But those small things can easily fall through the cracks. Over all a great visit staff was amazing and helped my issue of turning in all my room keys but needed my room key to get out of parking when leaving which was my own mistake!

Booked the room with the corner view and loved the view! Appreciated the hotel offering water to refill personal bottles and containers. There was a clump of hair in the shower which was gross but other than that everything else was cool.

Good stay!

I love the Westin. I always stay there when I’m in town. The place is immaculate but when I checked in the system was down and we couldn’t get key cards so it was very awkward to have someone escort you to your room everytime you had to leave until it was fixed. Other than that the stay was great! Will say the parking per night is crazy $54! I was shocked. But I guess you pay for luxury.

No room key

The internet was down upon arrival, so it was a few of us waiting for our cards to go through. The front desk staff was very professional, and calm throughout. We couldn't get a room key so maintenance had to escort us to our room, even when leaving you had to get someone to "let" you in. That was irritating to me because I didn't want to keep bothering them. So we left out only once, and checked out before 6am. Also, it was our anniversary and it was kinda disturbed. The hotel is nice, the staff was excellent, and tbe bed was completely comfortable 👌. Would I go back probably not unless we're giving a free room to replace the 10 hours we spent there.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Aron was amazing! However, reaching the property by phone was frustrating—I was placed on hold multiple times, and my calls were either unanswered or disconnected. Additionally, unlike other hotels, they didn’t offer complimentary coffee, hot water for tea, or even basic drinking water—everything was only available for purchase. The room also didn’t come with a dental kit or standard toiletries; guests had to request them daily, which was inconvenient.
